It all started innocently enough. I stumbled across "Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning" during a late-night scrolling session on my phone. The quirky graphics and simple yet eerie concept intrigued me. I remembered those nostalgic school days—teachers, homework, and the constant pressure to get everything right. Little did I know, this game would consume my life in ways I never imagined.

At first, it was just a few minutes here and there. I’d finish a few levels while waiting for my wife, Sarah, to finish her work or during our Netflix binges. She would laugh at my exasperation as Baldi chased me for not solving math problems quickly enough. "You're way too into this," she teased, but I brushed it off. It was a harmless distraction, a stress reliever from the rigors of daily life.

As the weeks passed, my casual gaming turned into something more. I would spend hours immersed in the pixelated world, learning every trick and turn, trying to beat my high score. I became obsessed, watching tutorials and joining online forums. I found a community of fellow gamers who understood the thrill of outrunning Baldi and his friends. But in my pursuit of mastering the game, I lost sight of everything else—especially my marriage.

Sarah started to notice my absence. The dinners we used to share became solitary meals as I sat glued to my screen. She would walk into the room, frustration etched across her face, trying to engage me in conversation while I half-heartedly responded, my focus elsewhere. "Can we watch a movie tonight?" she'd ask. I'd mumble something about the latest strategy I found online, barely glancing up from my screen.

As the months wore on, my priorities shifted. I forgot anniversaries, skipped family functions, and even neglected my job responsibilities. My passion for the game clouded my judgment. I convinced myself that if I just played a little longer, I would conquer it, unlock something new, or finally find that elusive secret ending. But every reset, every failed attempt left me more desperate.

It all culminated on a night I’ll never forget. Sarah approached me, tears in her eyes, and I knew this conversation was coming. “I can’t do this anymore. You’re not here with me, and I feel completely alone,” she said, her voice shaking. I shrugged it off, thinking she was just overreacting, but deep down, I felt the cold grip of reality tightening around me.

“I’ll change, I promise. Just give me a little more time,” I pleaded.

But my words fell on deaf ears. She had already made up her mind. A few days later, she packed her things and left. I sat in shocked silence as the door clicked shut, the finality of it echoing in the empty house. The rush of denial swept over me; I clung to my controller, convinced that if I just played hard enough, I could fix everything.

Days turned to weeks. The game that had once brought me joy now felt like a prison. I spent countless hours running through its halls, but each time Baldi cornered me, I felt more like a failure. The sense of achievement I used to get faded away entirely. Instead of finding solace in video games, I found only emptiness.

Months passed before I realized I had to face the truth. My life was in shambles, estranged from the woman I loved all because I had allowed a simple game to take precedence over real-life connections. I picked up the phone with a trembling hand, desperately trying to reach Sarah.

But the silence on the other end was deafening. I knew I had lost her for good, and only then did I understand the price of my obsession. As I shut off the game for the last time, I vowed to reclaim control over my life, but I couldn’t reverse what had already been done.

I was left with a haunting realization: I had traded connection for distraction, love for pixels. Now, all that remained was a bittersweet memory of what once was, and the painful journey ahead to find my way back to reality.

thats crazy man.

can you add android version

how do you join people in V2

"To play with someone in this prototype, first someone needs to host a game by clicking the host (server + client) button. Then, to connect to that person's game, you need to type in their ip address (with their consent and permission of course) in the box with the localhost text and then click on the client button. If everything worked correctly, after the setting everything up screen goes away, you should both be in the same game (Note: The connection GUI used is the default one in Mirror/UNet. Also, only the player who hosted the game can open doors, so keep this in mind while playing)"

There is a bug, when me and my friend loads in the schoolhouse it sometimes puts one of the players stuck on the join picture (idk how to explain it but it is the 4th picture) while the other person is playing.

Can you fix this bug?
